Tender, juicy, pork shoulder is the centerpiece of this Northern Chinese dish. To achieve a melt in your mouth texture, we slow-roast pork shoulder overnight with Chinese 5-Spice, toasted sesame oil and tamari (gluten-free soy sauce). We pair our Asian-inspired pork with a sauté of shaved cabbage, peppers, onion, and egg. For the final touch, a tamari-ginger glaze is applied to tie it all together.
